Located onsite at this year’s new festival site in Glamping Co Tasmania’s glamping village.
Each tent includes our custom-made bed and mattress.
Each tents has one queen bed with a maximum of two people per tent,
hotel quality linen ,towels, winter quilt,
locally handcrafted cushions and furniture plus a torch lamp.
Private access to toilet facilities and portable showers
Glamping Co guests will have access to both porta-loo and porta-shower facilities onsite.

Concordia skincare pack
Concordia is a Tasmanian beauty product and skin care business based in Dover,
southern Tasmania. Concordia uses local and vegan products to create their products.
Breakfast from ‘The Local Food Store’
Local business ‘The Local’ will be delivering freshly made egg and bacon rolls to site.
The Local use locally sourced Cygnet wood smoked bacon and Tasmanian free-range eggs.
They will also offer a vegetarian alternative using haloumi instead of bacon for those wanting a vegetarian option.
Morning barista coffee from ‘Que Sera Sera Coffee’
Que Sera Sera Coffee is a locally owned and operated mother and daughter coffee van
who deliver and make outstanding barista made coffee.
Can we just book one night?
You are welcome to stay just one night however due to logistics only full weekend package tickets will be sold.
Can we have more beds in our tent?
We will only be offering 1 x queen bed in each tent.
Can we bring our own child bed for our children?
You are welcome to supply your own child’s bed.
Please note only 2 x adults per tent
Are the tents heated?
The tents are not heated.
Please note this is camping in a tent in the middle of winter in the Huon Valley so please pack and wear appropriate clothes for the night.
Thermals are strongly advised as temperatures will go below 0 degrees.
Can we bring pets?
No pets allowed.
Do you do refunds if we decide to cancel?
There are no refunds available and we will not be cancelling the accommodation due to weather.
Can we invite people back to our tent for a party after the festival closes for the night?
No – only glamping wrist band holders will be allowed in the glamping village and all other people will be asked to leave by security or police.
Does each tent have an ensuite?
No tents do not have ensuites.
There will be porta-loo and porta-shower facilities onsite for guests.
What security does the glamping site have?
There will be gate security during the evening hours of the festival until the festival closes for the evening.
Guests are strongly advised to lock all valuable in their cars or keep them on them at all times.
Glamping Co Tasmania takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items during the festival.
What time will check out be?
Check out time will be 10:30am on the Sunday of the festival.
What time will check in time be?
Guests can check in at 4pm on the Friday of the festival.
Is our festival ticket included in this price?
No you will need to purchase your ticket for the festival separately.
